OUR POLICIES

We believe in working together to create amazing things, and to do that, clear communication and mutual understanding are key. Please take a moment to read over our policies so we can ensure a smooth and successful partnership. Each policy is designed to help us deliver high-quality work on time, while respecting your needs and expectations.

Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required before we begin any project. This deposit is non-refundable and ensures that both of us are fully committed to the process. It helps us dedicate the time and resources needed to create quality work and allows us to focus on bringing your vision to life with the attention it deserves.

Revision Limit Policy

Each design package includes 3 rounds of revisions, ensuring we get your vision just right. Additional revisions will incur a fee of $25 per round. This allows us to stay on track and focused on delivering exceptional results, while also keeping the process efficient and collaborative.

Turnaround Time Policy

We aim to complete your project within 7-10 business days, depending on its complexity. Timely feedback and communication from both sides are key to keeping things on schedule. This timeline helps us deliver the quality you expect, while allowing us to focus on crafting a design that truly reflects your brand.

Late Fee Policy

Invoices are due on the agreed-upon date. A $25 late fee will be added if payments are not received on time. This policy helps us maintain a smooth workflow and ensures that we can keep delivering top-tier work without unnecessary delays.

5. Scope Creep Policy

If the scope of the project changes after we’ve agreed on the details, additional fees may apply. This ensures that we can stay focused on your priorities and allocate the time needed to deliver the quality you expect. It also keeps the process clear and smooth, so we’re always aligned in our goals.

Business Hours Policy

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST. We take weekends and holidays to recharge, ensuring that when we’re working, we’re giving your project our full attention. This allows us to maintain the energy and focus required to produce the best results for your brand.

Design Ownership Policy

We respect your privacy and the confidentiality of your project. If you don’t wish for us to showcase your designs, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before we begin. This ensures that your work stays private and you have full control over when and how it’s displayed.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your project, we require 48 hours’ notice. If the project has already started, we will retain the 50% deposit to cover the work completed up to that point. This helps us maintain a fair and respectful approach while ensuring we’re able to manage our time and resources effectively.

Portfolio Showcase Policy

We love showcasing the work we’ve done with clients, and we reserve the right to feature your project in our portfolio and marketing materials. However, if you prefer not to have your designs displayed, we’re happy to discuss alternative arrangements at the start of the project. Your brand, your choice. Client Responsibility Policy

Clear and timely communication is key to a successful collaboration. If we don’t hear from you within 5 business days, the project will be considered terminated. This ensures we stay on track and can deliver the final product on time, with the quality you expect.
